Skiing is a great way to spend a winter day. You head out to the slopes with your skis and goggles and spend time on the bunny hills. Then, once you've warmed up, you can advance to the more difficult ones. At the end of the day, you get to warm up in the ski lodge by the fire. It's perfect! This family felt the same way. This person is a great example of people being so blinded by what they want that they stop listening. It happens all the time, and workers end up repeating what they said over and over to no avail.
